橡胶是一种特殊的材料,要实施橡胶制品的有限元分析,就要能综合处理几何非线性、材料非线性以及边界非线性问题。MSC.Marc拥有特殊的单元、材料和摩擦模型,以自动接触分析程序来分析橡胶制品。橡胶制品的非线性有限元分析已经成为设计过程的一个组成部分。
Rubber is a very unique material, proper analysis of rubber components require handling the problems of geometric nonlinearity, nonlinear boundary conditions, and material nonlinearity. MSC. Marc possesses specially formulated elements, material and friction models, and automated contact analysis procedures to model elastomers. FEA have been an integral part of the design process.
