摘要
研究了水泥窑Pb的逸放污染。在煅烧水泥熟料过程中,Pb的逸放率随Pb掺入量的增加而增大;氟矿化剂会促进Pb的逸放;对不同类型的水泥窑,立窑生产中Pb的逸放率最高;窑灰中Pb的含量均高于入窑物料中Pb的含量,以立窑尤为明显,窑灰的颗粒越细,其Pb的含量越高。
The emission pollution of Pb of cement kiln was studied. The emission rate of Pb increases as Pb content in the raw material increased during the sintering, and the fluorite mineralizer could promote the emission of Pb; Of all the kiln type, the emission rate of Pb is the highest in vertical kiln, and the kiln dust contains a mass of Pb, its content is much higher than the content of the raw materials, and the kiln dust particle is finer, the content of Pb should be higher.
