摘要
采用元素分析、IR、UV、MS和NMR方法测定了二盐酸双咪苯脲的化学结构并进行解析,同时建立了二盐酸双咪苯脲的UV含量检测方法。结果,波谱和元素分析等确证了二盐酸双咪苯脲的化学结构。用UV法测定其水溶液含量时,浓度与吸收度呈良好的线性关系,重现性和稳定性都较好。
A method for determination of imidocarb dihydrochloride was presented. The structure was proved by IR, UV, MS, ^1H-NMR, ^13C-NMR and elementary analysis. The content was determined by spectrophotometry. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the concentration of IMD and the absorbance with good reproducibility and stability.
