摘要
介绍1种新型的无水冷却液NPG+,分析该新型冷却液本身的使用性能,并将其与其它不同冷却液对发动机运行的影响进行对比试验。试验结果表明这种新型冷却液能提高发动机热平衡温度,有利于发动机在满载、高负荷下运行,使发动机能很好地适应高原、沙漠、寒冷等特定工作环境,但同时也对发动机受热零部件和橡胶密封件的耐热可靠性提出更高的要求。探讨无水冷却液在柴油机上的实际使用前景和可行性。
A new non- aqueous propylene glycol is introduced as an engine coolant. Basic performance of the new coolant is analyzed and a comparison test on effects of different coolants on engine performance and reliability is conducted. The test results show that an engine with this new coolant is capable of bearing high balanced thermo temperature which enables the engine operate normally under high load condition or extreme ambient environment such as high altitude, dessert, freezing cold, etc, but higher requirement for heat exposed parts and rubber sealing parts arise from the application of the new coolant. Possibility of wide use of this new coolant on diesel engines is discussed.
