L2 Convergence Technology in New Type Wideband Metropolitan Area Network

对目前几种最主要的城域二层汇聚技术作了介绍,包括VPLS、MSTP、RPR和万兆以太网(10GE)等技术。并就这4种技术从用户隔离、QoS、带宽效率、组播、可扩展性和保护恢复等方面进行了分析和比较。

It mainly introduces several kinds of L2 convergenee technologies at present, including VPLS, MSTP, 1RP1R, IOGE, analyses and compares these four technologies from user isolation, Qos, bandwidth efficiency, multicasting, sealability, protection and restoration, and so on.
