摘要 原传送钻杆的直流伺服驱动系统因元器件老化等原因,其可靠性差。由可编程控制器、脉冲输送模块、伺服控制器、人机界面组成的石油钻杆生产线钻杆传送链条自动控制系统具有可靠性高、抗干扰能力强以及维护方便等特点,适应了传动控制技术向交流传动发展的趋势。详细介绍了该系统的组成、工作原理及软硬件设计。 Owing to some problems like aging of the components, the old DC servo drive system of the drill pipe transfer mechanism had become less reliable. The newly-built automatic control system of the chain transfer of the oil drill pipe production line consists such major parts as PLC, pulse transmission module, servo controller and HMI etc., and is in possession of advantages namely, high reliability, strong anti-interference ability and easy maintenance. The solution is in the light of the general development trend of transmission control technology towards the AC transmission. Elaborated in the paper are the major aspects of the said control system such as the configuration, work principle and software/hardware design.
