摘要
从直肠癌术后局部复发的概念、肿瘤的部位、大小、组织学类型、Dukes’分期、侵犯肠壁深度与肠周的范围以及与术中技术操作的规范性等影响复发的相关因素进行深入探讨,强调加强健康知识宣教,提高早诊和早治率,制订统一规范的诊疗标准,建立专业的研究队伍,合理应用综合治疗和术后规范的随访制度等措施对降低直肠癌术后局部复发率以及提高直肠癌的治疗水平极具意义。
The conception of local recurrence of postoperative rectal cancer and the factors influencing recurrence such as tumor location,size,histological type,Dukes＇staging, depth of rectal invasion, extension of rectal circumference, standardization of operation and so on are disrussed thoroughly.It is emphasized to strengthen health care education, to improve earh＇ detection rate. to make diagnosis and treatment guideline, to establish professional research team. The series of measures will make great meaning for reducing postoperative local recurrence rate and improving therapeutic level for rectal cancer.
