摘要
本文介绍了一种从富含多糖的番茄果实组织中提取总RNA的有效方法,其产率约为每200 mg组织80μg RNA,并且RNA的吸光值的比值A260/A230在1.5~2.0之间,A260/A280在1.6~1.9之间.提取的RNA能够用于RT-PCR反应.这种方法也能有效地应用于富含次级代谢产物的真菌总RNA提取.
An effective method is described for RNA isolation from tomato tissue rich in polysaccharides. The yield RNA was about 80μg per 200 mg of tissue, and it had an A260/A230 ratio ranging from 1.5 to 2.0, A260/A280 absorbance ranging from 1.5 to 1.9. The RNA was of sufficient quality for use in RT-PCR reactions. This method can be used in extracting total RNA from fungi efficiently.
