摘要
采用稀硝酸分解试样、ICP-AES光谱法同时测定碳素钢中13种微量元素Al、As、Co、Cr、Cu、Mn、Mo、Ni、P、S、Si、Sn和V.样品分析结果与推荐值相吻合.方法精密度RSD值小于5%,样品加标回收率在97%~104%之间.考察了铁基体的干扰行为和杂质元素检出限随铁基体浓度变化的趋势.杂质元素检出限在2~51μg/mL之间.方法简便、快速、准确,易于推广应用.
A method for the determination of Al, As, Co, Cr, Cu, Mn, Mo, Ni, P, S, Si, Sn and V elements in carbon steel by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) has been proposed. The measured results were in good agreement with the recommended Values. The relative standard deviation (n=6) of this method was between 0.5 %-5. 7 %. The recoveries by standard addition were in the range of 97 %-104 %. The method is convenient, rapid and reproducible and has been applied to multielement analysis of steel with satisfactory results.
