口服中药复方治疗白癜风的临床观察

Clinical observation of therapeutic effect with zhongyaofufang in vitiligo

[目的]选择对酪氨酸酶有激活作用及对动物致色素作用较强的中药组成方剂,观察口服中药复方治疗白癜风的临床疗效。[方法]102例门诊白癜风患者,随机分成两组:白蚀丸对照组52例,口服白蚀丸,每次2.5g,3次/d;中药方剂组50例,中药方剂水煎服,1剂/d,分早晚服,两组均2个月为1疗程,治疗2个月后判定疗效。[结果]中药方剂组50例患者中痊愈4例(8%),显效15例(30%),有效16例(32%),无效15例(30%),显效率38%,总有效率70%;白蚀丸组52例患者中痊愈1例(1.9%),显效9例(17.3%),有效13例(25%),无效29例(55.8%),显效率19.23%,总有效率44.23%。中药方剂组疗效优于白蚀丸组,两组显效率及总有效率相比均有显著性差异。[结论]选择对酪氨酸酶有激活作用及对动物致色素作用较强的中药治疗白癜风具有较好疗效。

[ Objecttive] To observe the therapeutic effect of patients with vitiligo after using zhongyaofufang which can activate tyrosinase and enhance animal pigmentation. [ Methods] In the study, 102 vitiligo out - patients were divided into two groups： 52 cases in baishiwan control group were treated with baishiwan, 2.5 g, tid, po; 50 cases in zhongyaofangjizu were treated with zhongyaofangji; one dosage, bid, decorted with water. One course of both groups lasted two months. Therapeutic effect in both groups was evaluated after two months. [ Resuits] Among 50 cases in zhongyaofangji group,4 cases were cured（8% ）, 15 cases markedly effective（30%）, 16 cases effective （32%）and 15 cases ineffective（30% ）, markedly effective rate is 38%, total effective rate is 70% ; Among 52 cases in baishiwan group, 1 cases were cured（1.9%）, 9 cases markedly effective（17.3%）, 13 cases effective （25%） and 29 cases ineffective （55.8%）, markedly effective rate is 19.23%, total effective rate is 44.23% ;[Conclusiuon] The therapeutic effect in zhongyaofangjizu is superior to that in baishiwan group , difference of markedly effective rate and total effective rate is significiant. [ Conclusion] Traditional Chinese medicine which can activate tyrosinase and enhance animal pigmentation in the therapy of vitiligo has good resuit.
