摘要
运用装修手段实现对既有住宅的节能改造,是提高全社会节能水平的一条现实途径。具有节能效果的装修构造、节能装修材料及节能装修产品这三个方面的研发及应用是实现这一目标的三个重点。
It is a practical way to raise the energy - saving level of the society by improving the energy saving in the existing apartments with the decorating means. To realize this goal, efforts shall be made to research, develop and apply the decorating structure with energy - saving results, the energy - saving materials and products as well.
