根据自己多年的比赛实践和体会,着重探讨了争夺防守篮板球的关键环节———抢位挡人的技术与配合,为提高个人的防守争抢能力和球队的整体技术水平提供了一些有益的参考。
Based on years of match experience, the paper discusses the key technique in robbing and defending the rebound,i, e. , that of blocking and its cooperation, which is of some reference value to improve the personal ability to rob and defend the ball and the overall team ability as well.
