摘要
新形势下高等院校学生管理工作面临新特点、新情况,本文从学生管理工作理念创新的必要性出发,提出了学生管理工作向民主化、市场化、现代化和法治化转变的创新观念,结合管理实际探讨了学生管理工作创新的途径。
The students＇affairs in the colleges and universities are faced with the new features amid the new situations. The paper,based on the necessity of innovation in the concepts of students＇affairs, puts forward innovative concepts in that the affairs shall be shifted to demoeratisation, legalization, modernization and general adoption of the market principle and discusses ways to strengthen such work.
