Correction and notation of 'Mingzi' by TaoYuanming

陶渊明《命子》诗比较全面地写了陶氏的由来与宗谱、历史功勋与品德,写了他与曾祖陶侃的关系,写了他的长子陶俨出生的情景,他对陶俨的教训。文章结合对史书、对原诗的新的校正与注解,分析了他是陶侃的第四代孙,陶渊明对陶俨的殷切期冀。

The poem “Mingzi” by Tao Yuanming gives a fairly complete account of the origin of the Tao family, its peigree, historical merits and virtues, his relationship with Tao Kan, the scene when his son Tao Yan was born and his teachings to his son. Combining new correction and notation of history books and the original poem,the paper analyzes that he was descendent of the fourth generation as well as earnest hope of Tao Yuanming on Tao Yan.
