“清波绿林抱重城,锦城花郭入画图”——成都市绿地系统规划

A Picturesque City Surrounded by Clear Water and Green Trees --The Green Space System Planning in Chengdu City

成都市城市绿地系统规划编制采用卫星遥感数据分析、热岛效应分析、景观格局分析、生态效益分析等科学理论和方法,在分析历史和现状的基础上,提出了成都市2004-2020年建设“清波绿林抱重城,锦城花郭入画图”园林城市的总体目标及各阶段的规划指标;并对市域、主城区、中心城的绿地系统结构、布局及分类绿地进行了规划和控制,确定了主城区的绿地系统规划布局为“组团隔离,绿轴导风;五圈八片,蓝脉绿网”,中心城绿地系统结构布局为“四圈七片,九廊七河,多园棋布”。

The theories and methods of satellite data analysis, hot island effect analysis, landscape layout analysis, and ecological effed analysis are applied in the planning of the green space system planning in Chengdu. With the analysis of history and current situation, the general target and periodical index of building a ecological and piduresque city surrounded by clear water and green trees in 2004-2020 are proposed. The structure, layout and category of green space system in the city region, city proper, and central city are planned and controlled.
