摘要
分析了钢丝绳损伤电磁检测法中励磁器的结构特点,并采用磁导法对磁路进行了分析和计算,提出了一种新的通用有源励磁器的设计方法.结果表明,该直流有源励磁器能够满足φ20~40mm钢丝绳饱和磁化的要求,且励磁效果良好.
Based on electromagnetism method the magnetizer's structure characteristic of the steel rope detection equipment is firstly analyzed, Then the magnetic circuit is calculated using the magnetism method through which a new design of general magnetizer is put forward, It is shown that the investigated active magnetizer can make the steel wire rope of Ф20 - 40mm be magnetized to the state of saturation with satisfying result.
