电针后溪穴治疗急性腰扭伤的临床观察

Clinical Observations on the Treatment of Acute Lumbar Sprain by Electroacupuncture of Point Houxi

目的观察电针后溪穴治疗急性腰扭伤的疗效。方法将320例急性腰扭伤患者随机分组,其中观察组选用后溪穴电针治疗,对照组则选用腰痛穴电针治疗。结果与结论近期疗效比较,后溪穴有效率为89.38%,腰痛穴有效率为82.5%(P<0.05),二者有显著差异;而远期疗效比较,后溪穴有效率为95.59%,腰痛穴有效率为93.50%(P>0.05),二者并无明显差异。表明电针后溪穴与腰痛穴治疗急性腰扭伤,均有显著疗效,但电针后溪穴治疗急性腰扭伤的近期疗效优于腰痛穴。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of electroacupuncture of point Houxi （SI 3） on acute lumbar sprain. Method Three hundred and twenty patients with acute lumbar sprain were randomly divided into groups. The observation group was treated by electroacupuncture of point Houxi and the control group, by electroacupuncture of point Yaotong （Ex-UE7）. Results and Conclusion A comparison of the short-term effects showed that the response rate was 89.38% from point Houxi and 82.5% from point Yaotong. There was a significant difference between the two （P 〈 0. 05 ）. A comparison of the long-term effects showed that the response rate was 95.59% from point Houxi and 93.50% from point Yaotong. There was no significant difference between the two （P 〉 0. 05）. It is indicated that electroacupuncture of both points Houxi and Yaotong has a good effect on acute lumbar sprain, but the short-term effect of electroacupuncture of point Houxi on acute lumbar sprain is better than that of electroacupuncture of point Yaotong.
