摘要
丽水属浙江省经济欠发达地区,人均GDP刚刚超过1 000美元,而丽水市的房地产价格却一路飚升,甚至高于邻近经济发达的金华地区。全文从丽水房地产价格现状及其原因的分析入手,提出抑制房价的措施。
Lishui belongs to one of the undeveloped areas in Zhejiang Province and its average GDP has just exceeded 1000 US dollars per person. However, the price of the real estate has been rising all the time, and it is even higher than that of Jinhua, which is an economically highly - developed adjacent city of Lishui . This thesis emphasizes on the analysis of the present situation and the cause of the price surge of real estate in Lishui. The author has also put forward some methods for suppressing the price of the real estate.
