摘要
通过对2005届毕业生就业前思想状况的广泛调查,可以发现:我校相当多的毕业生择业观趋向于务实,比较注重自身价值的实现,就业期望值较高;毕业生对自己的认识存在着局限;有三分之一以上的毕业生感到就业压力大,并存在心理焦虑现象。针对这种状况,提出了对策建议:一是加强毕业生的思想政治教育,二是加强就业形势教育,三是做好就业指导和服务工作,四是重视毕业生的心理辅导工作,五是重视学生就业能力的培养。
According to the extensive research on the state of mind of the graduates before their employment in 2005, the authors found out that the opinions of choosing jobs for fairly many graduates intend to be more practical. These graduates pay more attention to the realization of their own values and highly hope to find satisfactory jobs. Their understanding of self is limited. More than one third of the graduates find it very difficult to be employed. And the psychological anxiety exists widely. In order to solve these problems, the authors in this article put forward five strategies.
