To Develop the Functions of Pinyin Comprehensively

《国家通用语言文字法》规定汉语拼音“用于汉字不便或不能使用的领域”。汉字确实存在许多不便或不能使用的领域。汉语拼音在信息时代的适用性和优越性是显而易见的。
