The structure study on the callus of the cutting branch of Taxus cuspidate reveales that the callus is formed by the differeciation of cambium vascular. The parenchyma of callus differentiated into a great deal of adventitious root primordiums and the initial material transmission fom the adventitious root to cutting branch is done by the parenchyma cells.
