On How to Show the Advance of The Party Members among Students in Public Security Colleges

2005年年初开始,以实践“三个代表”重要思想为主要内容的保持共产党员先进性教育活动在全国范围内开展起来。公安院校学生党员先进性的发挥,必须紧紧围绕符合社会需要,具备政治坚定、业务精通、作风优良、执法公正等过硬素质和本领。把先进性要求同平时的学习训练结合起来,与未来公安工作现实需要结合起来,通过思想认识和行为方式,使共产党员的先进性要求在全体学生党员中得到具体体现。

In the beginning of 2005, the educational activities targeted on the practice of “ Three Representatives” were launched around China to maintain the advance of the Party Member. The Party Members among students in public security colleges must be good at professional skill with firm political attitude, upright style of life and work, fair law enforcement. As a result, the requirements for the students need to be mixed with daily study, practice and future public security work. The advance among the students can be shown through their ideology and behavior.
