云南边境地区跨境赌博违法犯罪的治理对策

Countermeasures to Cross-Border Gambling Crimes in Borders of Yunnan

云南省与缅甸、越南、老挝三国接壤,边境地区跨境赌博问题严重影响着云南省的经济发展和社会和谐稳定,影响着澜沧江———湄公河次区域国际合作。治理对策:1、建立情报网络;2、建立健全与周边国家的合作机制;3、加强边境、金融管理;4、加大打击力度;5、制定相关法律法规;6、建立禁赌工作长效机制。

As Yunnan Province is adjacent to Myanmar, Vietnam and Laos, cross -border ganlbling is doing harm to economic development and social stability of Yunnan, and even the Mekong sub - regional international cooperation. Some countermeasures to the crimes are as followed- to establish intelligence network ; to establish and improve the cooperative system with the neighboring countries; to reinforce the administration to borders and banks; to increase crackdown activities; to stipulate related laws; to set up long- term prohibition system.
