Pleadings of administrative proceedings are a kind of legal document with the essence of arguments. The pleadings can be divided into five kinds according to different cause in fact. The five pleadings are as followed： discontentment to fact identification, discontentment to application of law, discontentment to illicit procedure, discontentment to punishment and pleadings of mistake procedures. Therefore, some key points and requirements need to be grasped to write different pleadings.
