摘要
针对传统的自行火炮供电系统的故障检测和试验方法效率低且测试周期长,不便于现场检测的问题,提出了一种车载供电系统的不解体自动检测方案。该方案采用测试集成的设计思想,以 PC 机和数据采集系统为基础,配置相应的传感器模块对供电系统的电压、电流及转速进行检测,并由检测系统软件完成数据处理。通过对检测结果分析,判断供电系统的故障和剩余寿命。
There are defects in the conventional methods of testing and fault detection of power supply system of the self-propelled gun, such as, longer testing period and lower efficiency. Thus, the conventional testing methods is not suitable to operate in the fieldwork. This paper presents an unstripped automatic testing program for vehicular power supply system, which is adopt the design idea of integrated testing, based on PC and data acquisition system, collocated with corresponding sensor module to test voltage, current and rotation of the system. Data processing is completed by software. Faults and residual life of the system are determined by analyzing the testing results.
