应用电流变技术改善汽车平顺性研究

摘要 将振动系统输出作为优化目标,把振动系统纳入汽车电控系统综合考虑,利用电流变效应,通过电控系统使电流变液在随机工况下实时改变粘性,从而改变减振器阻尼,在保证行驶安全性和悬架撞击限位概率在规定范围内的前提下,实现汽车振动系统动态特性的自动优化控制,使振动输出在路面随机输入下时刻为通过调控阻尼所能达到的最小值,即平顺性最佳. By optimizing the output of vibration system, vibration system is a subsystem of cars controlled by computer system. Making use of electrorheological effect to change the gluey of electrorhelogical fluid through an automatically controlled electric current can reduce the damping of the machine. With the guarantee of driving safety and the limit of hanging to bump, the dynamic characteristics of the automobile vibration system can be optimized automatically. Therefore, the vibration output on the road at random reaches the minimum through adjusting the damping. In other words, the riding comfort is at its best.
