摘要
目的探究输液微粒对家兔血浆内皮素(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)水平及肺动脉压的影响。方法将3组经不同孔径滤器过滤的溶液,注入随机分组的家兔体内,分别在推注前、推注后2,30,60,300 min抽血检测ET-1、NO浓度,同时监测肺动脉压变化。结果合格的药物中含有数量可观的微粒,微粒进入体内,可引起肺动脉压迅速上升,血浆中ET-1、NO水平出现先降后升现象,其变化程度与微粒数有一定关系。结论输液微粒可引起肺动脉压升高,可引起血浆ET-1、NO含量发生变化,微粒导致药源性肺损害可能与ET-1、NO动态失衡有一定关系。
Objective To study the effect of transfusion particles on plasma ET- 1 ,NO in blood plasma and pulmonary arterial pressure in rabbits. Methods Randomly divided groups were injected into by physic liquors filtrated by three filters with different diameters. ET- 1 ,NO's levels and changes of pulmonary arterial pressure were checked before injection, 2, 30, 60,300 minutes after injection. Results Qualified medicine contained numeral particles which promoted pulmonary arterial pressure to increase promptly after entering into rabbits, and ET- 1 and NO level increased first and then reduced. This change relates with particle numbers. Conclusions Transfusion of particles can induce pulmonary arterial pressure to increase and result in changes of ET - 1, NO quantities, and there is a certain relationship between particle induced medicine originated pulmonary injury and ET- 1 ,NO dynamic balance - breaking.
