Challenges for Curriculum Development Offered by Hong Kong Vocational Training Council

摘要 从教育机会均等的角度入手,透过文献整理及对教师和雇主的访问,对香港职业训练局课程的最新发展情况、课程发展面对的困难、急速转变的工作间对员工素质的要求进行了分析,并提出未来发展的可行方向。 From a perspective of equal rights to education, an analysis covering the latest development, challenges for curriculum offered by Hong Kong Vocational Training Council （VTC）, and new requirements for employees from rapidly changing workshop is made after a summary of the literature and interview with instructors and employees. The feasibility for future curriculum development is also presented.
