本文论述了我国智能网的现状,智能网是在原有的通信网的基础上设置的一层叠加网络,是快速、方便、经济、灵活、有效地生成和实现各种新业务的体系结构.这个体系的目标是要为所有的通信网络服务.
The intelligent network is a piled net built on the basis of the existing communication network,and a system structure which can fast,easily,economically,flexibly and effectively create and bring about various new services.The target of this system is to serve all communication networks.
