Simple Analysis about Integrated Financial Intellectual Labor Resources

人类已经进入知识经济时代。在新的世纪,人力资源已经发展成为社会经济发展的第一资源,成为激活物质资源、促进经济增长的原动力。为适应中国经济、金融快速发展的需要,中国实施了金融人才战略,但在不断深入和探索中发现,我国人力资源运营长期以来存在着迄今未得到根本解决的深层次问题,进行金融业人力资源整合势在必行。

Today we have come into a new era or intellective economy. In the new century, the intellectual labor resources have become the very supreme resources of the economic development. It is the prime power which activates material resources and accelerates the increment of economy. To meet the demand of rapid economic and financial development in China, the state has carried out a policy for financial intellectual labor management, however, from constant practice and exploration, we find that there are still some radical problems in China＇ s management of intellectual labor resources. To integrate financial intellectual labor resources is urgent and imperative.
