摘要
政府信用是社会信用体系的基石,具有显著的社会导向作用。政府信用建设,是构建社会信用体系建设的关键,政府应成为社会信用体系建设的示范者和组织者。
Government credibility is the cornerstone of society credibility, obviously it plays an instructing role in our society, so governments should and must be the model as well as organizer in the construction of credibility.
