摘要 研究了烧结件系统参数如激光功率、铺粉密度对烧结件密度的影响,总结了提高烧结件密度的方式,从而实现提高烧结件力学性能的目的.在基于对快速成型加工方法(特别是选择性激光烧结SLS)进行深入的研究后,为解决以高分子粉末材料为基底的烧结件力学性能较差的问题,采用系统最佳参数烧结成型测试件,并对其进行渗树脂处理,并对原型件和经过处理的试样分别进行了力学性能测试,包括压缩性能、拉伸性能、弯曲性能测试等,得到机械性能为原型烧结件3~4倍的增强烧结件,为提高成型件的力学性能提供了新的途径. This paper presents the effect of SLS processing parameters on the as-sintered sample and obtains the optimum parameters. After a profound research based on the processing method of quick taking shape ( esp. Selective Laser Sintering) , in order to solve the problem ( ie. , the poor mechanic capability of sintering product of Macromolecule powder material), a colophony reinforcing treatment is given to the sintering original. The test of the mechanical properties is done of the as-sintering samples which are processed under the optimum parameters, including stretch test, rigidity and so on. The reinforced sintering samples are obtained whose mechanic properties is 3 to 4 times that of the original sintering samples, which provides a new way to increase the mechanic properties of moulding samples.
