摘要
目前学界关于经济法价值的观点有多种,结合经济法自身的特质以及内在的调控机能,经济法的价值应体现在社会公平、效率、秩序。
The value of economic law has been a key theoretical problem of economic law in recent years. This paper analyzes some views on the basis of law circle, and combines the peculiarity of economic law and its immanent regulative function, and therefore expounds author＇s view on the value of economic law.
