经皮克氏针结合外固定支架治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折

Percutaneous K-wire combines external fixation treatment distal radius comminuted fracture

目的 探讨经皮克氏针固定结合外固定支架治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法 2001 年3月～2005年12月采用经皮克氏针固定结合外固定支架治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折23例,男性10例, 女性13例,年龄27岁～63岁,平均44岁,按AO桡尺骨远端骨折的分型:A3型4例,C2型13例,C3 型6例,均为闭合性骨折。结果 术后随访5～33个月,平均13个月,术后关节面均平整,桡骨未见 明显短缩,腕关节功能恢复满意。结论 ①经皮克氏针固定结合外固定支架治疗桡骨远端粉碎性骨折具 有操作简单,固定可靠,疗效满意,并发症少的优点;②术中注意复位顺序及支架安放的位置。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects ofpercutaneous K-wire combines external fixation treatment distal radius comminuted fracture. Methods From 200~.3 to 2005.12, distal radius fracture 23 cases treat with percutaneous K-wire combines external comminuted fixation, male 10 cases and female 13 cases, average age were 44 years old. According AO classification： A34 cases, C2 13 cases, C36 cases, all of the cases was closed fracture. Results Following-up time 5-13 mouths, average 13 mouths. All of cases wrist function relations. Conclusion ①Percutaneous K-wire combines external fixation is a safe and effective treatment distal radius comminuted fracture; ②Attend the order and location of the external fixation in the operation.
