摘要
采用自制复合生物制剂LD-1-LD-4与筛选的市售抑制植物病毒的生物制剂、化学制剂共7个处理,连同清水对照,对白菜上接种的芜菁花叶病毒(TUMV)进行防治。结果表明,自制生物制剂LD-4在抑制TUMV的增殖和减轻病状、延缓发病速度以及制剂残效期等方面明显优于市售生物制剂和化学制剂,在促进白菜植株生长方面则以市售生物制剂为优,自制生物制剂居中,而市售化学制剂居末。
The experiment used 7 disposals, self-made composite biological preparations LD-1-LD-4, bought biological and chemical preparations, contrasting with clear water to treat Chinese cabbage inoculated with TUMV (Turnip Mosaic Virus). The result showed that the self-made biological preparation LD-4 was significantly better than bought biological and chemical preparations in repressing virus infection and multiplication, alleviating disease symptoms, delaying disease outbreak and prolonging medicine remnant period. In promoting growth of Chinese cabbage, bought biological preparation was the best, self-made biological preparation LD-4 was in the middle, and bought chemical preparation resided the end.
