摘要
针对科研项目申报与审批工作流程的特点,结合黑龙江省教育厅当前科研项目管理的实际情况,采用Web应用技术,建立了一个具有动态交互、决策功能的网上科研项目申报与审批系统,在实际应用中取得了较好的效果,在此对其体系结构、功能模块及实现进行分析和总结。
According to the characteristics of declare and approve R＆D projects and the practice of the R＆D projects management of the Heilongjiang Province education committee, adopting the web technology so as to establish a dynamic interactive and decisive network of declare and approve R＆D projects. The system has obtained excellent effect in practical application. It＇s module structure, main functions and the system＇s realization are analyzed and summarized in this paper.
