高强度可切削齿科玻璃陶瓷的性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 研究了一种新型的钙云母为主相高强度的可切削玻璃陶瓷的力学性能、可加工性、表面耐腐蚀性、耐磨耗性。该材料具有典型的可切削玻璃陶瓷的显微结构,经钻削和牙科CAD/CAM加工系统测试,其具有表现出良好的可加工性。材料的抗弯强度和断裂韧性最高达235.09MPa±7.55MPa和2.174MPa.m1/2±0.85MPa.m1/2。按ISO6872推荐的方法进行表面耐腐蚀性研究,实验结果表明在酸性条件下,抗弯强度有所下降,但材料的耐磨耗性能略优于目前临床用的Vita可切削陶瓷。 Mechanical strength, machinability, surface corrosive and wear abrasion of a new type glass ceramic composed of fluorophlgopite Ca-mice were studied in this article. The material possessed typical microstructure of machining glass ceramic, and displayed excellent machinability under drilling and machining by dental CAD/CAM system. The flexible strength and fracture toughness of the materials could reached to 235.09MPa + 7.55MPa and 2.17MPa·m^1/2 + 0.85MPa·m^1/2 respectively. In a provocative corrosive enviroment according to ISO 6872, a decline of the flexible strength showed in acid circumstance. Property of wear of the glass ceramic was better than that of Vita product(Vita company, Germany).
