吉林地区孕妇弓形虫感染的免疫学检测临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探索吉林地区孕妇弓形虫感染情况.方法运用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测196例孕妇(妊娠8周~7个月)静脉血中弓形虫(Toxoplasma godii,TO)抗体,即Tox-IgG抗体和Tox-IgM抗体.结果发现有猫犬接触史(指现在或曾经养过猫犬的)的孕妇弓形虫感染率明显高于无猫犬接触史的孕妇(P<0.01),两者有显著性差异;但城市与乡镇孕妇弓形虫感染率无显著性差异(P>0.05);而首次妊娠孕妇与非首次妊娠孕妇弓形虫感染率有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论有无猫犬接触史是孕妇感染弓形虫的主要因素,二者相关性显著. Objective To learn the toxoplasma infection among pregnant women in Jilin Area. Methods Toxoplasma IgG and IgM in serum from 196 cases of pregnant women, whose pregnancy were between eight weeks and seven months, were tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results There was significant difference in the positive rates of TO IgG and IgM between the group of pregnant women who fed a cat or a dog and those who didn' t(P〈0.01). No significant difference between the pregnant women in the town and those in the village was seen. However, there was significant difference in infection between the women in pregnancy for the first time and those for the second or more times(P 〈 0. 05) Pregnant women frequent contacting with the cat or dog is an important factor for toxoplasma infection
