锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位的手术治疗

The Operative Treatment of Fracture of Lateral Clavicle and Dislocation of Acromioclavicular Joint

目的比较传统克氏针钢丝张力带与锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折与肩锁关节脱位,评估两种方法治疗锁骨远端骨折与肩锁关节脱位的临床疗效.方法回顾比较自1998年3月～2005年3月采用克氏针钢丝张力带和锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折和肩锁关节脱位93例的治疗效果及并发症.结果克氏针钢丝张力带固定组平均随访3.3 a,优良率为73.2%.锁骨钩钢板固定组平均随访1.6 a,优良率为100%.结论锁骨钩钢板在治疗锁骨远端骨折及肩锁关节脱位比用传统克氏针钢丝张力带方法更加简单适用,疗效确切,可以早期功能锻炼,术后并发症少.

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of clavicular hook plates in treatment of dislocation of acromioclavicular joint and/or the fracture of lateral clavicle in comparison with traditional Kirschner＇ s wire. Methods A retrospective analysis was done to compare the out-comes anti complications of 93 cases from Mar. 1998 to Mar. 2005 between the treatment of dislocation of acromioclavicular joint and/or the fracture of distal clavicle by clavicular hook plates and traditional Kirschner＇ s wire. Results The group of Kirschner＇s wire were followed up 3.3 years in average, the excellent rate of clinical outcomes was 73.2 %. The group of clavicular hook plates were followed up 1.6 years in average, the excellent rate was 100%. Conclusion Therapy outcomes and complications of the clavicular hook plates were obviously better than the Kirschner＇s wire. Since clavicular hook plate displays advantages of ripid effect and simple, and early functional exercise, and less complications.
