急性坏死性胰腺炎的腹膜透析治疗分析

Treatment Analysis of Acute Necrosis Pancreatitis Pereatoneal Dialysis

目的探讨急性坏死性胰腺炎的腹膜透析治疗的疗效,并进行分析.方法回顾分析5 a来收治的急性坏死性胰腺炎患者20例,入院后均采用内科综合治疗,一旦病情进展,立即早期联合应用腹膜透析.将透析管置入膀胱直肠窝,术后即进行间歇性腹膜透析(IPD).结果全组20例患者在腹膜透析过程中未出现严重并发症,恢复情况良好,取得了满意的疗效.结论腹膜透析方法简单、安全,通过内科综合治疗及早期联合应用腹膜透析,提高了急性坏死性胰腺炎的治愈率,值得临床推广使用.

Objective To study the effect of pereatoneal dialysis on acute necrosis pancreatitis and treatment analysis Methods 20 cases was studied by pereatoneal dialysis in the past five years besides internal medicine. Results All the patients did dot appear any complication. The effect was significant. Conclusion Pereatoneal dialysis is simple and safe, it combined with internal treatment could improve cure rate of acute necrosis pancreatitis, it can be used clinically.
