摘要
中国零售业进入后WTO时代,外资零售业将通过全方位战略扩张,从先进经营理念、信息化管理、经营规模、本土化战略方面对我国零售业造成巨大的冲击。对于保护期满前后我国商业如何与外贸商业展开竞争,提出了发挥本土优势,不断开拓市场;进行资产重组、战略联合等一些适当的应对策略。
China's retails have entered the era of post-WTO. How to compete with gigantic foreign retails?. In this paper, the author thinks China's retails will face more drastic negative impacts, which are brought by foreign retails through all'directional strategic expansion, advanced management, informationization, large scale, localization strategy, etc. Thus, China's retails should make effective measures to deal with these problems by taking advantage of localization, developing market, reorganizing assets, as well as strategic alliance.
