摘要
清代的监察制度作为其政治制度的组成部分,是保障国家机器正常运转的制衡器。监察制度的领导体制、运行机制、管理制度等,都具有浓厚的历史传承性和特定的时代性,并在整个国家生活中有不断强化的趋势。它的推行,为保障整个封建国家的政治稳定、社会安定起了较大的作用,成为整个国家政治领域的一件大事。其体制的某些环节,在今天看来,仍然具有某种借鉴意义。
The supervisory system in Qing Dynasty is a part of its political system, which enables the state appartus to run well. Its leadership structure, operation mechanism and management system have the strong historical tradition and specific characteristics of the era. Th.ey are constantly strengthened in the national life. The implementation of the supervisory systerm has the functions of ensuring the feudal stability and social security and plays an important role in the national politics. Some aspects of the system can still be used for reference today.
