摘要 在干式舱内进行海底管道维修时,舱内必须充入一定压力的气体以排除舱内海水。为防止气体进入管道内,在干式舱就位前必须对管道进行有效封堵。新设计的海底管道封堵器直线送进机构可将直径大于待封堵管道内直径的封堵器从管道的切口(完全切开)直线送进管道内。该送进机构主要由支撑臂、双作用伸缩式液压缸、筒体和卡瓦组成。卡瓦用于将整个机构卡装在管道上,封堵器装在筒体内,双作用伸缩式液压缸完成将封堵器送进待封堵管道的动作。最后对送进推力等关键参数进行了设计计算。 When subsea pipeline repair is conducted in a dry compartment, gas with certain pressure shall be filled into the compartment to remove the sea water in it. In order to prevent the gas entering into the pipeline, it is blocked before the dry compartment is placed in position. The newly designed running-in mechanism can deliver the plug with its diameter bigger than that of the pipeline to be blocked linearly into the cut (complete cut-out). The running-in mechanism iscomposed of a support arm, a dual acting telescopic cylinder, barrel and slip. The slip is used to retain the whole mechanism on the pipeline, the plug is placed inside the barrel, and the dual acting telescopic cylinder is used to deliver the plug into the pipeline to be blocked. Eventually design calculation is made on the key parameters of propelling power and etc.
