摘要
根据石油生产中套管、钻杆、井下工具、震击器、减震器、井下用仪器、涡轮钻具以及螺杆钻具的连接需要,开发了高精度石油钻具扭矩旋扣机。该机主要由固定夹紧冲扣钳、移动夹紧钳、自定心快旋器、轴向拉拔缸、数显控制台、自动送给车等6部分组成,适应管径76.2～330.2mm(3～13英寸),额定松扣扭矩295kN·m,额定紧扣扭矩202kN·m,上扣扭矩精度为±0.279kN·m,适应大扭矩旋扣及高精度连接需要,并可向使用者提供最原始真实的打印数据。该机已广泛使用,性能得到用户认可,并批量出口。
Based on the needs of casings, drill pipes, downhoJe tools, jars, vibration absorbers, downhole instruments, turbodrills and screw drills used in oil production, a high precision torque spinner assembly used in oil drill tools is developed. The spinner assembly is suitable for big torque spinner and high accuracy connection and providing the most original and true printing data for users. The assembly is composed of a fixed gripping and punching clipper, movable clamp sub, self-positioned quick spinner, axial drawing cylinder, digital display control desk and a automatic delivery dolly, which is appropriate for pipe diameters of 76.2-330 mm (3-13 in ) with rated despinning torque of 295 kN ?m. The assembly is widely used in oilfields, its performance is proven by users, and it is exported in batches, by which high quality and precision spinning torque can be provided for threaded connections.
