摘要
针对国外变频器价格昂贵、调试周期和维修周期长以及占地面积大等缺点,自主研发了可替代进口机的高性能国产钻机专用变频器。该变频器能够从零开始调速,当钻井卡钻时,能及时断开电动机,在低速提升时,能最大限度地发挥电动机的动力性能,提供220%的转矩输出。采用单元并联,体积小,质量轻,便于安装、维护,调试容易,效率高,性能稳定。应用中据实测数据显示,采用变频改造后,打1口井可节省柴油15t。
In consideration of the weak points of high price, long periods of debugging and maintenance and occupying big area of foreign frequency converters, a special frequency converter is developed for the high quality domestic drill rig, which can be used to replace the imported rigs, the converter can adjust speed starting from zero, when drill is shut down, the converter breaks off the motor; when low speed increases, power performance of the motor will be brought into full plays and 220% torque input is provided. Parallel unit is used with small volume, light in weight, easy to be installed and repaired, debugged and with high efficiency and high stability. Detected data indicate that 15 t of diesel oil is saved for drill a well, after the reconstructed frequency converter is used.
