国内外钢科技的新进展与石油机械用钢研究 被引量:2

New progress of steel science and technology both at home and abroad and steels used on petroleum machinery

摘要 介绍了国内外有关钢科技的新进展,包括近年来开发应用的超级钢、贝氏体钢、双相钢、特殊用途高性能钢、高强度高韧性微合金化结构钢(如舰船钢、桥梁钢、海洋平台钢),以及近几年国内石油钻井装备钢科技的发展。提出进一步开发研究我国石油机械用钢的建议,如研究钢的强韧化规律,树立新的石油机械用钢理念;结合新型钻井装备的开发,推广应用高强韧性、耐磨、抗腐蚀、耐低温等新材料。 The new progress concerning the steel science and technology both at home and abroad is introduced, which includes super steel, bainite steel, dual phase steel, special high performance steel, high-strength high-tenacity microscopic alloying structural steels (such as ship steel, bridge beam steel, offshore platform steel), and the recent development of steel science and technology in China's petroleum drilling circle is commented. It is proposed that research shall be made on steels for using on China's petroleum machinery, such as study of the rules of steel tensile and tenacity, establishing new idea of steels used on petroleum machinery, and in combination with the development of new drilling equipment, high tenacity and durable, corrosion resistant and low temperature tolerant new materials shall be introduced.
