摘要
开发设计了一种新型喷油器高速电磁阀驱动模块,并给出了软件控制策略。驱动模块具有两路完全独立的高压源,且电压峰值可调,交替工作实现多次喷射,可适应不同喷油器系统要求,驱动模块具有自诊断及故障保护功能。以驱动模块为核心的电控单元通过了电磁兼容性试验,最后给出了驱动模块充电时间及油泵台架试验结果。
A novel driving module for injector high-speed solenoid valve was developed and control strategy was presented in the paper. The driving module has two independent voltage sources, and peak voltage can be adjusted. Capability of multiple injections can be realized through alternate action of two independent voltage sources, so the module can satisfy system with different injector's parameters. The system has functions of self-diagnosis and fault protection. Electro magnetic compatibility(EMC) experiments had passed for electronic control unit(ECU) with this module. Finally experiments for fuel bench and charging time were made and the results were presented.
