摘要
研究了顶隙式柱塞喷油泵的工作原理,对柱塞套进/回油孔的几何溢流面积和流量系数进行了计算。利用Hydsim软件对模型进行多参数模拟,通过单次喷射仪(EFS8241)试验验证,得出优化后的顶隙参数。与某柴油机配试结果表明,带顶隙柱塞的P7100喷油泵能够满足其功率和排放要求。
The mechanism of pump with top clearance plunger was analyzed and investigated, and the geometrical flow area and discharge coefficient of barrel port were calculated. With the multi-parameter simulation of injection system model by software Hydsim and validation in the test bench EFS 8241, optimized parameters of top clearance plunger could be got. The results of matching some diesel engines indicate that the pump P7100 with top clearance plunger could meet power and exhaust emission requirements of this engine.
