小型通用汽油机尾气催化转化技术的研究 被引量:2

摘要 我国通用小型汽油机排放现状与美国现行的EPA第二阶段排放限值相比有不小差距,其中HC+NOx排放超标居多。根据小型汽油机工作特点,提出采用Rh催化剂净化方法,并着重探讨了以降低HC排放为主的Rh催化剂HC氧化催化的性能和转化效率控制等问题。试验研究了Rh催化剂的转化效果,结果表明Rh催化剂可有效降低小型汽油机的HC+NOx排放量。 Compared the EPA Ⅱ phase standard with domestic small utility engines exhaust emission, there is a large, especially in the limit of HC+NOx. According to the special performances of small utility engine, a Rh-only catalyst was put forward for HC and NO. conversion used in small utility engines in this paper, and a series of issues were discussed such as the Rh-only catalyst characters, performances and conversion rate. Finally, an initial practice for applying Rh-only catalyst was carried out. The test results show that Rh-only catalyst can reduce HC and NOx exhaust emission greatly.
