摘要
系统地分析了瞬时转速信号测量中轴心轨迹和计数量化误差的来源和构成,使用软件插值法消除了其中的量化误差。轴心轨迹可对传感器信号产生复杂的调频和调幅影响,通过详细分析其对瞬时转速测量的影响途径,提出了相应的解决方法。仿真计算表明:这些方法可以大大提高测量精度。
In this paper, the measuring methods using magnetoelectric transducer were illuminated, and the measure errors of transient speed were analyzed systemically which comprised the counting error and the error by shaft center track. For eliminating the counting error, the interpolation method was applied to improve measuring precision. The axis orbit had the direct influence on the transient speed measurement, it might modulate the output signal of transducer in frequency and amplitude. Through deeply analyzing the mobile rule, the corresponding solving method was proposed. At last the simulation calculation proved that the axis orbit disturbed measuring transient speeds, and the proposed solving method was effective.
